မကြာသေးမှီ ရက်ပိုင်းမှာ Netflix က ကြော်ငြာချက်တစ်ခုထုတ်ပြန်ခဲ့ပါတယ်။ တစ်ဖက်ကနေကြည့်ရင်တော့ Privacy ကာကွယ်ပေးတယ်လို့ ထင်ရပေမယ့် သုံးစွဲသူဖက်ကကြည့်ရင်တော့ တစ်နည်းအားဖြင့်ပြောရရင် ကန့်သတ်ခံရတယ်လို့ ပြောလို့ရပါတယ်။

ဒါကြောင့် Netflix Account တစ်ခုတည်းကို Sharing ပြုလုပ်ကာ အသုံးပြုသူများအနေနဲ့ မကြာမှီမှာ ကန့်သတ်ခံရမှုနှုန်းတွေရှိလာတော့မှာဖြစ်ကြောင်း ယခုသတင်းကို ဖော်ပြပေးလိုက်ပါတယ်။

Netflix recently released an advertisement that may appear to protect users’ privacy, but in reality, it restricts user access. Beginning in Q-2, only one account owner can log in at a time, and anyone attempting to access the account from a different location will be banned. Netflix tested these restrictions in Canada and plans to implement similar policies in the United States soon.
Netflix previously indicated they would expand password sharing restrictions in Q1, but they have only done so in a few markets, including Spain and Portugal. Users in these countries have pushed back against the restrictions and even canceled their subscriptions, but Netflix believes this approach is the right one based on positive results in Canada and New Zealand.
While some users have canceled their subscriptions, Netflix has seen an influx of new paid subscriptions. In fact, a trusted forecaster reported that Netflix’s paid subscription base in Canada has grown larger than before password sharing restrictions, and revenue growth has accelerated and is now outpacing the United States.
Therefore, users sharing a single Netflix account will soon face limitations.
